| Note: Cheques issued for 2017 Dividend are valid till 18/04/2024. Cheques issued for 2018 Dividend are valid till 28/04/2025. Unclaimed dividend amounts pertaining to shareholders registered with ADX for the years ended before March 2015 have already been transferred to the Securities and Commodities Authority’s account on June 12, 2023. As per the new directives of the SCA Dividend Supervision Committee dated February 22, 2024, First Abu Dhabi Bank has been appointed as the paying agent for the distribution of such unclaimed dividend amounts.
