Sharjah Cement Factory has been the market leader in the production of its Portland cement and GGBS products since the company commenced production in 1977. The company prides itself on moving forward by development of the complete understanding of the technical and engineering principles both of its products and its processes. It specializes principally in the production and processing of Portland cements and iron Blastfurnace slags into ground granulated Blastfurnace slag for the construction industry. It also produces Oil well Cement conforming to API Specifications 10 A Class, A and G. All our products are manufactured strictly in compliance with the relevant european and American standards. Our products are manufactured using carefully selected raw materials. Strict quality control throughout each stage of the manufacturing process ensures that a consistent final product is achieved. The capacity at the factory can easily cope with the requirements of the market area served and we operate a dedicated fleet of bulk delivery tankers to offer a premier service.
Sharjah Cement Factory Operates Under ISO 9001-2015 Quality management System and is also committed to promote the highest standards in health, safety and environmental preservation and protection by establishing, implementing and maintaining its HSE Management System.
Sharjah Cement Factory also licensed to produce Cements as per Indian and Srilankan standard.
Cement Plant
Sharjah cement factory started its operation with a 800 TPD long dry kiln in 1977 with a Cement grinding capacity of 30 TPH cement mill aggregating a Clinker production capacity of 0.26 Million MT per year and Cement grinding capacity of 0.24 Million MT per year. After installation of a new Cement mill and packing plant in 1983 by UBE industries, Japan, the total grinding capacity of the Factory was increased to 1.1 Million MT per annum.

Despatch / Delivery
The cement from the cement mill is pneumatically transported into the storage silos. Each product has its own silo. The cement is despatched in bulk tankers or in 25/50 kg. bags. If required, cement can also be packed in 1000 to 1500 kg bags.Â
