Blastfurnace Cement CEM III A / CEM III B

Blast furnace Cement CEM III A 32.5 & 42.5 N / CEM III B 32.5N SR.

This is manufactured to comply with the requirements of BS EN 197-1:2011 strength classes 32.5 and 42.5 N and ASTM C 595-21 type IS. It has Blastfurnace Slag content in accordance with the standard limits.

Blast furnace cement CEMIII A  32.5 N CE Certified.

Blastfurnace Cement contains a controlled blend of Portland Cement and Ground Granulated Blastfurnace Slag. It is recommended as an alternative to CEM I Portland Cement for most applications including civil engineering projects, buildings, ready- mixed concrete applications and concrete projects.

Blastfurnace Cement concrete compared with CEM-I Portland Cement concrete are:

Improved workability retention.
Recommended for use with high reactivity aggregates.
Slightly lighter in colour which gives a more aesthetically pleasing concrete finish.
Significantly improved durability.
Reduced early age temperature rise.
Greatly reduced carbon dioxide emissions during manufacture.
